After a long hiatus from social media, we're back! We're excited to be able to work with Navyom Yoga to bring yoga back to this space! Navdeep is an experienced certified Yoga instructor (RYT500, RPYT) from yoga's original home, India, and is excited to share her expertise with you! Classes are now on-going every Tuesday & Thursday, 6-7pm, and right now, the first drop-in class is FREE!

Just a friendly warning that there’s a lot of snow out there!!! 🌨️❄️☃️ Which means 1) please be careful on your way to and from our clinic; we want you here in one piece! And 2) Our parking lot is a bit treacherous as we wait for snow removal to arrive; if you don’t have a 4x4, you might want to park on the edge of the lot…. Stay safe!
