It’s a space that feels energizing and welcoming from the moment you walk in, with incredible instructors who create classes that are both challenging and supportive. 🌿 Episode 2, Part 2 | Wildflowers Between Sessions

Not everyone feels comfortable with physical touch, and that is not rejection. It is a boundary.

In this episode, Megan, registered psychologist at Wildflowers, shares how connection can still be meaningful through presence, co-regulation, and words of affirmation.

Sometimes connection simply looks like being near someone and respecting what feels safe for them.

This week we presented at Luther Parent Night alongside Pam, Megan, and Nancy, sharing practical strategies to support students navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, and the important role parents play in their well-being. We’re grateful for the opportunity to connect with families in our community. 🌿

We loved connecting with our community at Covalent Bonding: An Adult Science Night at the Saskatchewan Science Centre! 💛

It was such a joy talking with everyone about connection, relationships, and the ways we experience them through our senses. Events like this remind us how meaningful it is to gather, learn, and grow together.

And truly, the Science Centre is always such a fun space to explore. We always have the best time wandering through the exhibits, sparking curiosity, and embracing a little playful discovery along the way.

Thank you to the Saskatchewan Science Centre for hosting such a vibrant and engaging evening for adults.

🌿 Episode 2, Part 1 | Wildflowers Between Sessions

Welcome back to our new series where we explore the real-life questions that often come up in quiet moments, daily interactions, or in the spaces between what’s said.

In this episode, Megan, a registered psychologist at Wildflowers, is unpacking a timely question for Valentine’s Day: Why do people’s touch preferences matter?

Whether it’s hugs, hand-holding, or keeping space, touch means something different to each of us, and how we communicate about it matters just as much as how we express it.

Stay tuned for Part 2, where we’ll explore how you can connect with someone who doesn’t prefer physical touch.

🌿 Episode 1 | Wildflowers Between Sessions

We’re so excited to launch a new series this year where we explore the real questions you’re asking. These are the things that come up between therapy sessions, during late-night scrolls, or in everyday moments when you’re just trying to make sense of it all.

In each episode, a member of our team will unpack common and often confusing topics with care and clarity.

This month, Rachelle, a registered psychologist at Wildflowers, is answering: Do I have ADHD or is it just TikTok?

It’s Bell Let’s Talk Day, a time to raise awareness, start conversations, and take action for mental health. 💬💙

This year’s theme, “Taking a moment for mental health,” reminded us that small pauses can have a big impact.

Inspired by this message, some members of our team took time this month to reflect on how they care for their mental well-being and support those around them. Every voice matters. Huge thanks to our Social Committee for bringing this initiative to life.

Swipe through to see a few reflections and reminders shared this week.
