We’ve got a beautiful selection in-store and online: chestnut, lion’s mane, snow white, oyster, and shiitake, all locally grown right here in Regina by .

✨ Not sure how to cook them? Here are some easy ideas:
• Sauté: Slice and cook in butter or oil with garlic + a pinch of salt (perfect for any variety)
• Lion’s Mane: Tear into chunks and pan-fry until golden, it has a rich, almost “seafood-like” texture
• Oyster Mushrooms: Toss into stir-fries or roast until crispy
• Shiitake: Great in soups, noodles, or sautéed with soy sauce
