There is no shame in crying. It is a natural release of emotion and letting it go keeps us healthy. Stuffing emotions down forces the emotion to come out somewhere else; back pain, headaches, digestive issues, etc. Let's work together to make tears okay... hold space for one another to shed tears safely.
