Did you know that you can tell an amazing story?
Like seriously, you are so inventive and creative. There's details, drama, intrigue and danger around every corner. Remember when I got covid and told myself the story of how I was a horrible person who was now going to destroy her whole family? Yah, that's an example of our storytelling skills.

Here's the recipe: Take one true fact (for ex. tested positive) and then start adding in all the made up details as to what the fact means based on our own insecurities, belief systems and cultural expectations.

Result = feel sh*tty, take action (or no action) based on made up information/meaning, feel even sh*ttier

So much of how we feel is a result of the meaning we give things rather than the actual facts of what's happening. Often a key part of my work is helping people identify these stories and gain some skills to start calling them out for the unhelpful crap they are.

So where are you taking facts and making meaning out of them? Can you start to see the mismatch?

Medium version: My sessions have evolved a lot over the last 6 years, yet my prices have remained the same. These last few years in particular have seen a big increase in my knowledge and the tools I can help you with. You may have already noticed this fun new💥 fusion of BodyTalk and health coaching. Its time to really embrace that and adjust my sessions. I'm allowing more time for an initial session, keeping the single session option, and encouraging you to commit to really diving in💞 with discounted packages.

Initial BodyTalk session (now 1.5 hours) $150
Single Followup BodyTalk session $125
3 session package $330 - savings of $15/session
5 session package $500- savings of $25/session!

With the holiday season comes trees, lights, carols, presents, our children sitting in strange men's laps while we take pictures to send to Grandma. You know, all those wholesome holiday activities. Unfortunately the season also tends to bring extra events, a longer to-do list, excess sugar and too much stress. Having some simple and quick tools to handle the extra stress (and yes, its still stressful even if you love it) can be really helpful in determining whether this is a season of joy or one you're just getting through. I am always surprised by how often I hold my breath. Clients are always surprised when I point out when they are also holding their breath. So here is your reminder to breath. Specifically let yourself fully exhale. Let your jaw relax. Let your shoulders drop. Let your chest relax. Exhale.
