Everyone’s grief journey is unique, and there’s no “right” way to feel or heal. 
What matters is finding ways to express and process those emotions, so they don’t get stuck inside.
Some healthy ways to process grief:
- Journaling
- Creating art
- Attending a grief support group
- Sharing stories with friends
- Walking or moving your body
- Seeking therapy
