You may have heard that Epicure is closing, effective today. I just got the email at 5pm and had no prior notice, nor do I have any further information. I hope orders that were placed this week will ship out, but I don’t know. I am in shock right now and I just want to thank my wonderful customers for many years of support. I will share more info if it becomes available.

Finally trying the new Maple Balsamic Chicken people have been raving about! You just add veggies, chicken thighs, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil.

Changes I made to stretch the recipe further:
-Recipe calls for 450g of chicken but I used 3x that much (1.3 kg) and there was plenty of seasoning/vinegar/oil to coat the chicken. I didn’t coat the veggies with the seasoning - just a splash of balsamic vinegar and oil.
-I added mushrooms instead of broccoli. Use whatever veggies you like.
-Served with rice but mashed potatoes would be amazing!

This fast and fabulous sheet pan meal is all kinds of delicious, thanks to our festive and colourful blend, and featuring freeze-dried raspberries and real maple sugar! This is as easy as it gets—all you need is a bowl and a sheet pan. Dinner is served!
