Hi Everyone!!

This week's card is a reminder about how important play is in life.

This week is a good week to have some fun and I don't mean my fellow organizers who get joy out of organizing a messy closet or deep cleaning a room, though I understand the satisfaction that comes from it.

This week find some time to actually play. Play time for adults is important because it helps with creativity, problem solving, reduces stress, helps with mental and physical health and strengthens social connections. There are lot's of things you can do that cost very little or don;t cost anything at all. this can be crafts, playing with play dough, play a sport like shooting hoops in your back yard, play with your kids, nieces, nephews, grand kids, pets.

Find your inner child again and have some fun this week. It's easy to forget that adults need playtime too.

This week's card indicates something you have been looking for will be found. For some of you this could be something as simple as finding a ring or other object that has been lost or this could be finding something within yourself you didn't realize had been lost. For others, this could be something you have been looking for in your life like a relationship or job.

Whatever this ends up being for you, something you have been missing is to be found this week.

Hi Everyone!!

This week's card says it will be a week of endings.

This is not necessarily a bad thing. Ending's signify change and growth often comes from something ending. An ending can be something different for each individual. This could be the ending of a relationship or it could be the ending of a project you have been working on.

No matter what it is in your life that is coming to it's finish this week, the next part of your journey is just around the corner. Take the time to plan your next move and decide what you want to begin if anything.

Hi Everyone!!

This week's card is a reminder that it is OK to have a bad day or days. Some days it can feel impossible to be positive or keep the momentum going. It is OK to feel tired or drained or down. You are allowed to feel sad or angry or lost or forgotten.

No one gets to feel alright 100% of the time and on the days when we have these feelings or have been feeling them for awhile that we give ourselves the space to feel what we need to feel. Rest if you need to, if it helps to talk to a friend go for it. Do whatever you need to to process what is going on in your life and how you feel about it.

Take a day or an evening and do something that makes you feel good. Have a junk food fest and watch movies. Go out to your favorite outdoor spot and just be still. Sleep in and spend some time resting. However you might give yourself the space to get through tough emotions and situations, look after yourself.

Everyone has bad days and it's alright.
