2025 was a year of connection and care. With the support of our community, we offered five free mental health groups, affordable counselling options, and no wait times for families seeking support.

Thank you to our community for making this possible, and to the families we work with every day—you are the heart of what we do.

Merry Christmas from all of us at Dragonfly!

We are very excited to announce a brand new group coming in 2026 — Pr***en Wise Minds!

We’ve had so many requests for a group designed just for pr***ens, a stage full of big growth, big feelings, and big changes socially and emotionally. This group will offer practical, age-friendly skills to help with emotion regulation, communication, problem-solving, relationship skills, and more.

To make things as flexible and accessible as possible, families can join one, some, or all of the sessions. There’s no need to attend them in order — simply pick the topics that feel most helpful for your child.

A huge thank you to and for helping us offer this program at no cost to participants. We are so grateful for your support in making these skills accessible to our community.

If you’d like to register or learn more, please reach out by phone or email — we’d love to have you join us!

Believe it or not, one of the most common questions we get isn’t about mental health—it’s about parking! 😄

Good news: there’s usually lots of street parking right in front of our building.

Just a heads up—those “Bus Zone” signs only apply from 7:00–8:30 AM and 3:30–5:30 PM. Outside those times, you’re good to park and come on in!
