Thank you to for hosting such a beautiful event for National Su***de Prevention Day and thank you so much to our very own Crystal Holden for sharing her moving story about her own experiences as a parent. Her story reminds others that they are not alone, and that healing and recovery are possible.

Su***de prevention is something we can all be a part of—by listening, supporting, and reminding one another that help is always within reach.

We are excited to offer the New Ways for Families® program at Dragonfly.

New Ways for Families® is a structured parenting skills method. The purpose of this method is to provide a skills-based, “no blame, no shame” counselling program for parents in divorce or separation who could benefit from learning new communication, emotion management, and problem-solving skills. Research shows it helps decrease conflict, stress and abuse while improving outcomes for children, leading to safer, healthier families.

Our New Ways for Families® counsellors provide sessions to each parent separately. In some cases each parent may also have some joint parent-child sessions.

If you would like to learn more about this program, please reach out!

So excited to be a part of this!
