MONDAY TO THURSDAY: 6 A.M & 6 P.M. FRIDAY: 6 A.M & 5:30 P.M. (45 MINUTE BLITZ!)
PLEASE CHECK ON THIS CLASS WITH US! SATURDAY: 9 A.M. SUNDAY: 9 A.M.

It is great to see there is a new fitness facility and personal trainer in my hometown Hay River, N.W.T. I had the opportunity to train and create a FUN workout at gym while visiting my parents. Bryn parents (Tracy and John Hill) are great friends. I have known Tracy since middle school years! Keep an eye out for this place, and congrats Bryn in working with the community (group and private training). I look forward in helping you in anyway! More exciting things to come!

These are two great training tools for grapplers, wrestlers, boxers or any athlete for fitness/conditioning. A skipping rope and the adjustable (5 to 15 pounds) resistance spinning burn rotator machine.
1 min skip, 30 second of the machine (do at different angles/motions….go back and forth. Go for 20 min or longer in total or work up to it…….you’ll feel the burn!👊

Sunday morning training before coaching wrestling. 10 moves…..20 seconds on….20 to 30 seconds off. Do a few rounds…..great circuit for wrestlers/grapplers/mma athletes.
-Explosive push ups
-L sit hold
-Burpee pull-ups
-Hand switches on ball plank
-Ball with rope slams
-Handstand press
-Bulgarian bag
-100 pound ball lifts
-Towel pull-ups
-Explosive jumps
Train for LIFE…..train for the athletes/clients/wrestlers. Happy Sunday 👊👍
