✨ Friendly Reminder ✨

I can’t stress this enough, when you book a massage, that time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a late cancellation fee may apply since it can be very difficult to fill your spot last minute. The more notice you give, the better chance we have to rebook the time and avoid any fees.

🚫Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a first-time warning fee of 50% of the scheduled treatment cost. Any subsequent late cancellations will be charged at 100% of the treatment fee.
🚫 No-Shows: Will be charged 100% of the appointment fee, as it leaves us no opportunity to fill the spot.

I want to express — and I can’t stress this enough again — we are not objects, we are human beings. Seeing clients is how we earn our income and support ourselves. We absolutely understand that illness and unexpected situations happen, but late cancellations and no-shows directly impact our ability to work and make a living.

Please try to give as much notice as possible. You can cancel or reschedule through your online account (24+ hours in advance) or message us directly if it’s within the 24-hour window. This is fair and also standard.
