WOW. What a night.

Last night, Sage Funeral Home and Caring Hearts hosted our final Death Café before summer break. And what a beautiful evening it was.

There’s something magic about a room full of strangers willing to share stories, sit in curiosity, and connect over life, death, and everything in between. The vulnerability and honesty in that space? Absolutely unforgettable.

We’re so grateful to everyone who joined us. Your presence, your questions, your stories—they matter.

To the Nurses — Our Everyday Heroes ❤️

As funeral directors — the “last responders” — we often arrive just after you’ve done everything humanly possible for a patient. In those quiet moments, we see your dedication, your compassion, and your grace. We see the way you care, even in farewell.

As Nurses Week comes to a close, we pause to reflect on you-we want to say thank you for the tireless love you give, the comfort you offer grieving families, and the dignity you bring to every life’s final moments.

Your work matters. Your heart matters. And we are deeply grateful. 💐
