I’m so thrilled to share that I’ll be a vendor at An Evening with Opie and Friends happening February 21, 2026 at the beautiful Conexus Arts Centre.

✨ Vendor tables open at 5 pm. Come early to explore, connect, and soak in the incredible energy of the evening.
🎤 The show begins at 7 pm. Get ready for a night filled with emotions, laughter, tears, heart feels, and memories to last a lifetime.

🎟️ Early bird tickets go on sale December 1st for $44 each.
Starting January 2nd tickets will be $55 each.

Spiritual Cafe is a new event series I’m hosting where we’ll explore the mysteries of life, consciousness, and spirit — without taking ourselves too seriously.

Gather with like-hearted people to share stories, insights, and ideas. I’ll provide just enough structure to guide the conversation and activities.

How fast has this year gone? Feels unbelievably fast to me!

Meet Michelle with Higher Self Holistics, our newest vendor!

Hi everyone! My name is Michelle Smith, and I’m the owner of Higher Self Holistics.

After leaving my corporate job in the spring of 2022, I was burnt out and craving hands-on creativity. I spent that spring and summer in my garden, reconnecting with nature, and discovered botanical bas relief art — a form of plaster casting that captures the delicate beauty of plants.

That same fall and winter, while offering Beyond Quantum Healing sessions, a client had a vivid flashback to a past life as a witch being burnt at the stake. I shared a segment from that session on YouTube, and soon after, the internet algorithm introduced me to witch bells. Inspired, I crafted my own. A few weeks later I signed up as a vendor at a local witch-themed market — that was my first vendor experience.

Over the last few years I've participated as a vendor in many different expos and markets and now host my own. I continue to refine my creations, sourcing high-quality sari silk ribbon, bells, and materials. I also make suncatchers with a similar magical, whimsical vibe. My handmade art, witch bells, suncatchers and other items are available through several local shops (both physical and online). I also host workshops to share the joy of making witchbells and botanical plaster cast art.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! 👋

✨I’m celebrating 12 Years of Reflexology & A New Chapter✨

This month marks 11 years as a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist and 12 years since I began training.

Over this Thanksgiving weekend, I’m pausing to think back. I’m so grateful for reflexology - it supported my own healing and became the foundation for my holistic career.

Through this pause, I’m being guided to take a hiatus from reflexology - to rest my thumb and shift my energy to creative projects, event prep, and other commitments.

Reiki/Energy Healing, Astrology, BQH, and my other services remain available. My 1:1 sessions will focus on supporting clients with (but not limited to) the areas below:

Grief, Life Transitions & Challenges
Wellness & Detox
Self-care & Personal Growth
Spiritual Guidance & Higher Self Connection
Life Purpose & Alignment
Emotional Processing & Core Patterns

I’ll continue to host Higher Heart CommuniTEA events, Spiritual Cafe gatherings, group regression sessions and creative workshops.

Reflexology may return as part of specialized programs or bundled sessions, and I may open a few spots in November/December for those hoping to use health benefits — reach out if that’s you!
