Our Holiday Schedule: 📍 Dec 22–23: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm 📍 Dec 24 (Christmas Eve): 9:00 am – 1:30 pm 📍 Dec 25–28: CLOSED 📍 Dec 29–31: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm 📍 Jan 1: CLOSED 📍 Jan 2: Normal hours resume

Regina roads are looking more like skating rinks this morning. Slips and falls are a leading cause of acute musculoskeletal strain during our winters.

To stay upright:
-Shorten your stride.
-Keep your hands out of your pockets (for better balance/reaction).
-Focus on footwear with soft rubber soles for better grip in the cold.

It’s that time again! 🧦 Our 9th Annual Toasty Toes Sock Drive is on! Drop off new socks at chiropractic clinics throughout the province and help us spread warmth to those in need. All donations go to the Salvation Army to support people in our community.
