February is Heart Health Month — and while we often think about exercise and nutrition, stress management is another important piece of the puzzle.

Kim has been a Registered Massage Therapist for 28 years, and for the past decade she has been sharing her skill, compassion, and genuine care with our clients here in the Ottawa Valley after relocating to the area.

Her dedication, calm presence, and commitment to helping others feel their best have made a lasting impact on our clinic and community.
