Welcome to our store page!!!!!

Pura Vida Nutrition is owned by Kathleen (Kathy) Lofthouse. The “Pura Vida” name was inspired on a vacation travel to Costa Rica by Kathy and her husband Joe Fontes. Pura Vida = Pure Life in Costa Rican.

Many products stocked in store are locally grown or crafted here in the Ottawa Valley. The majority of all items are sold from Canadian suppliers. Our aim to assist you in making informed choice about nutrition to lead your “pure life”!!!!
