👋 Meet Jillian! 💙

Jillian grew up right here in Renfrew and graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College in Ottawa. She’s passionate about helping others and provides thoughtful, personalized care to support overall health and well-being. Creating a welcoming, comfortable space and building strong connections with her patients are at the heart of her approach.

Jillian has a special interest in treating chronic neck and back pain, improving mobility, easing headaches, and helping manage TMJ-related pain, all with the goal of improving her patients’ quality of life.

Outside the clinic, you’ll likely find her out on a long walk or bike ride with her dog, Pearl (and yes, she’s always happy to share photos 🐶). She also loves spending time in the kitchen cooking or baking, whether it’s a new recipe or a cozy classic.

Be sure to say hi to Jillian when you see her in the clinic! 😊

Goodbye Amanda 💙

Today is Amanda’s last day with us at RCRC, and while we’re so excited for her next chapter, we’re definitely going to miss her.

Amanda is heading to Cobden to start her own practice, Amanda Donohue Physiotherapy and Wellness. We’re proud of you for taking this big step and we know you’re going to do amazing things. ✨
