Strong and Steady: Strength & Balance Exercise Group is starting this fall!

📅 Thursdays, Sept 18 – Nov 27, 2025 (no group Oct 23)
⏰ 10:30–11:30am
📍 Upstairs Hall at myFM Centre, 1 Ma-te-Way Park Dr, Renfrew

Led by a kinesiologist, this 10-week program is designed to help adults 40+ improve strength, balance, and confidence in movement. Each session combines safe, guided exercise with health education and social connection in a welcoming, supportive setting.

✅ Open to adults (40+) who:
- Want to improve strength and balance
- Can walk at least 100m independently (with or without a gait aid)
- Can participate independently in a group class

🫁❤️ Vital Steps: Cardiopulmonary Rehab Exercise Group is starting this fall, running Thursdays from Sept 18 – Nov 27, 2025 (no class Oct 23), 9–10am at the myFM Centre ❤️🫁

This program is designed for individuals with heart or lung conditions and is led by a kinesiologist plus a nurse or respiratory therapist. Together, we’ll focus on safe, tailored exercise, health education, and lifestyle support to help improve cardiovascular and respiratory health.

✅ Open to adults (18+) with a stable, well-managed heart or lung condition who can walk 100m and participate in a group exercise class.
