Some days are easy
Some days are hard
Some days are in between

Today we are in between. We have had two very busy days with a lot of stress and I think I'm coming down from that. But I stepped on the scales this morning and we are down 10 lb since I've started this journey. That was enough to give me the kick in the butt to go out and do a little walk.

The sun is shining. The birds are chirping. It's a pretty great way to start off the day.

So get the hell outside today even if you are feeling frumpy and go hug a tree.

Little Miss Daisy never misses an opportunity to steal free snuggles if you are sitting on the floor.

So week two and my blood pressure is starting to stabilize more that I can do exercise minimally without wanting to pass out or throw up. So that is a win. I have had to find the proper time to take it and right before bed seems to be my current only option or I feel like a truck has hit me.

Please remember that everyone is different with blood pressure and you don't have to accept that, 120 over 80 is your normal. If it's something you want to be aware of then track it yourself and see where you stand. Learn to listen to your body.

But find ways to move your body that work for you and meet yourself where you currently are!

Everything about my drive today I wanted A ice cap and a donut all the things we drove by. Tim Hortons Wendy's King Burger all of them that have those good old sweet treats. So on our way home we went into Tim Hortons and they made me vanilla sugar-free iced coffee. Preview. I am drinking it but way too sweet for my likings. Does anybody have good recommendations? Maybe I just order a coffee with cream on ice?.

I am still happy that I made positive choices. Didn't deprive myself so maybe I won't binge later.

The mental change.

How the little things have changed me.

It's time to grow.

Know one is perfect.

Just because we try to give it a title of anxiety, depression and so on doesn't make it any easier. We just call her Barbara now. Barbara has been really mean to me today. Barbara is making me doubt myself. For me, Barbara is kicked out!

I may not be doing everything the right way or say the right things but I'm doing what I can and I know.

When I say going back to basics. It's things like this that I think really matter.
