I begin our Communing with the Ascended Master Series with Quan Yin. She is very near and dear to my heart. She will carry you and hold you when you are tired and feel that you cannot go on. Call on her...and allow her love to cradle you. ~Love, Faith
Quan Yin ~The Presence of Mercy
By Faith Spina
Quan Yin is the living embodiment of compassion, tenderness, and grace. She does not force her way into your life. She arrives like water ….quiet, fluid, and persistent. When the heart is weary or the soul aches with longing, Quan Yin draws near.
She holds the vibration of the Divine Mother in her gentlest form. Not the mother who demands, but the one who simply holds you as you are. Her energy wraps around sorrow and makes it sacred. She shows us that even the most fractured parts of our story deserve kindness.
To commune with Quan Yin is to be softened into truth. She brings stillness where the mind races. She brings tears where emotion has been frozen. She brings breath where the body has tightened in fear. Her frequency is the medicine for a world too hardened by striving.
Why She Comes Now
Quan Yin comes when the nervous system is frayed and the heart feels overwhelmed. She comes not to fix what is broken but to sit with us in what hurts and to remind us that love can exist even in pain. She teaches that true compassion is not about rescuing others. It is about becoming present enough to see them clearly without judgment.
In a time when so many are disconnected from feeling, she offers the gift of return. Return to gentleness. Return to self-trust. Return to the knowing that you are not too much or not enough. You are simply human and holy.
Practice: The Bowl of Mercy
Sit in a quiet space. Place your hands in your lap as if holding a small bowl. Inwardly say, “Quan Yin, I open to your presence.” Imagine this bowl filling with soft white or rose light. Into this bowl, place your pain, your questions, your confusion. Do not try to explain them. Just offer them. Sit in silence and let the bowl be held. Do not seek answers. Feel the space open around you. That space is mercy.
Quan Yin walks with those who are ready to live without hardness. She shows us that compassion is not weakness but power in its most refined form. She reminds us that in gentleness there is truth and in mercy there is transformation.
