I’ve been posting from my personal feed. I should post here as well. April 8th a 3 month spring Bootcamp starts. There are 24 classes total so if you sign up for the whole 3 months that works out to 12.50 a class. I ask have a 10 punch pass option for 140$.

Had an awesome turn out to the first Revelstoke Women's Shelter Society class after the summer break! The next class will be Monday Oct 16 @ 5:45 :)

🙂 I am not special, even though I am active I encounter a lot of the same obstacles others do when it comes to fitting in movement (you can hear one of them in the background of my latest reel😂) I have just spent money and time learning about how to recognize, adjust and overcome. If you would like to help me out an easy way to do that is search "personal training revelstoke" in your google search and scroll down until you see my website "Channell Your Movement" and click on it (I'm quite far down right now, about 24, there is a slight chance it may not appear for you at all) The more times this happens the higher up on google I will appear when people search for personal training in revelstoke in their google search.

This took me 29 minutes so to make it an even 30 I ended with a 1 minute forearm plank with alternating knee taps.

Equipment: yoga mat and kettlebell/dumbbell

Take breaks as needed and use a weight that’s appropriate for your fitness level.

All these exercises have other variations that may suit your body better.

You can slow down the jumps or step them to reduce impact.

Rainbow Hops explained: have both hands on your mat, shoulder width apart. Start with your feet together off one side of the mat. Keeping your feet together, hop them over to the other side of the mat and try to bring your heels to your bum mid hop. Your feet should draw an imaginary rainbow shape. :)

Have fun and change the pace and duration to meet your fitness needs of the day.
