Dear valued clients,

In light of the upcoming winter season, we will be implementing a few extra precautionary measures to our practise, as well as a few gentle reminders.

As of December 1st:
• MASKS will be made MANDATORY upon entry unless a valid physician’s note is provided excusing the use of a mask for medical reasons. If you do not have one, a disposable one will be provided for you.
• Show up promptly to your appointment. Please try not to come early to avoid client contact overlap and wait outside or in your vehicle until your practitioner is ready for you.
• Please come to the clinic alone, do not bring spouses, children, friends etc.
• Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell, travelled outside of BC or been in close contact with any suspected or confirmed COVID cases within the last 14 days. Cancellation fees will be waved at this time.
• Practise hand hygiene and social distancing

Please use your best discretion! We are all in this together.
