I have the best news!! My Restore Your Energy Program that starts in September is going to include FREE counselling!! My sweet friend Liz, who is doing her counselling practicum, will be offering sessions for the duration of the program!!!
I really believe counselling should just be a normal thing that EVERYONE does, but barring that, engaging in counselling that be incredibly helpful for making change in your life by letting go of old patterns and trauma that have been holding you back.
I CANNOT wait to get the program started and have been a busy bee reviewing the intakes of those who have already signed up so that I can be sure to personalise the program as much as possible, which I love!! Hope you're all having a much fun as I am!! 💜

Hello lovely past clients!

With moving to Revelstoke, I've had some anxiety over the idea of adjusting my career to focus on health coaching along with massage, but my heart has been saying to do it, so here goes.

Some of you know that I've been doing hair mineral analysis with clients for the last few years. I have been enjoying this and getting some results, but I feel like people need more accountability and help with incorporating changes into their lives, so I'll be offering a 3 month group program starting in September. I am sending out more details via email and I am really excited to work with some of the women in my life who want to reboot their energy levels and climb out of overwhelmed burn out. I might not be here to make massive changes in the world, but if I can help people feel better then maybe I can help make the world a kinder, more relaxed place, and maybe that will ripple out!
