Justin began his career in rehabilitation and fitness across Canada, New Zealand, and Australia in 2009 as a Personal Trainer and Kinesiologist. He graduated with honors from Brock University’s Bachelor of Kinesiology program in 2010, meanwhile also earning his CAN-FIT-PRO Personal Trainer Specialist certification. Post-grad, Justin has completed the Orthopaedic Division’s AIM level 1 course and is currently working through the level II courses as well as completing the Complete Concussion Management course for Physical Therapists. Future studies will include further orthopedic training, needling courses, and bike fitting. Since graduation he has worked in Kelowna and Whistler gaining experience working with ICBC and WorkSafeBC patients as well as recreational and professional mountain sport athletes including skiers/snowboarders, mountain bikers, and rock climbers. His approach to physiotherapy prioritizes active rehabilitation, education, and manual therapy tailored to individual needs, empowering clients to reach their rehabilitation and performance goals. Justin grew up immersed in many sports including hockey, rugby, snowboarding, skateboarding, and mountain biking, getting firsthand experience with injuries. Now in Revelstoke, you’ll find Justin rock climbing and exploring the mountains on his snowboard, splitboard, or mountain bike, followed by a well-earned craft beer.
