Your feedback truly helps me choose class times that work best for our community — it means so much.
Morning came out on top (and we already have a morning class every weekday), but I was pleasantly surprised to see how many of you love the idea of a midday practice — a gentle pause to reset and recharge.

A gentle, embodied class designed to help you move stagnant energy and release what your body no longer needs to hold. Through guided somatic movement, supportive touch, mindful stretching, guided meditation, and rhythmic tapping, you’ll invite emotional release and nervous system regulation in a safe, grounded way.

Each session blends slow, intentional movement with restorative pauses—creating space for the body to process, soften, and restore its natural flow of energy. This is a space to reconnect with your body’s wisdom, regulate the mind, and cultivate inner calm.
