Join us for a deeply nourishing Hot Stone Restorative Yoga experience — a 90-minute evening designed to help you fully unwind, soften, and rest.

This class blends fully supported restorative poses with the gentle warmth of hot stones, encouraging the body to relax deeply and the nervous system to settle. With the guidance of Rose and Kimberley, you’ll be held in a calm, peaceful space where there is nothing to do and nowhere to go — just rest.

This is the kind of class that feels like a full exhale. Expect warmth, stillness, and deep care from start to finish.

If you’ve ever been curious about a women’s circle but weren’t quite sure what it involved, this is for you.

Soulful Sisterhood: Who Am I Becoming? is a 90-minute guided women’s circle designed as a gentle pause from the busyness of life. This is not a yoga class and not group therapy — it’s a calm, supportive space where women come together to reflect, connect, and simply be.

You’ll be guided through:
- Gentle meditation and visualization
- Journaling and personal reflection
- Quiet sharing and meaningful connection
- A supportive, welcoming environment

There is no pressure to speak, no fixing, and no expectations. You are always invited to participate in the ways that feel right for you — listening is just as welcome as sharing.

Many women leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more connected — to themselves and to one another.

In this gentle, floor-based practice, poses are held for longer periods of time to allow the deeper layers of the body — fascia, joints, and connective tissue — to gently open and release. The pace is unhurried, the atmosphere quiet and supportive, and the focus is on listening rather than pushing.

This class is perfect if you’re feeling tight, busy, overstimulated, or simply craving stillness. You’ll be guided to find your edge, settle in with support, and rest in the pose long enough for real release to happen — physically and mentally.

This class offers a steady structure that allows you to truly see your progress over time. While the practice can be physically demanding, it is always an invitation — not a demand. You are encouraged to listen to your body, modify where needed, and honor where you are on any given day.

If you’ve ever thought “I want to try yoga, but I’m not sure I’ll do it right” — this class is for you.

Our Beginner Yoga class is full of warm, welcoming students who remember exactly what it felt like to be new. The energy is relaxed and supportive, with space for questions, laughter, and learning as you go. This isn’t a rigid or intimidating class — it’s a place to move gently, build confidence, and enjoy the process.

We take our time, explore the poses together, and celebrate progress in all its forms. Come as you are, be curious, and expect to leave feeling lighter — in both body and spirit.
