Regular movement throughout the day can reduce back pain! Try these quick tips to stay pain-free:

πŸ”· Take Hourly Breaks – Stand up, stretch, or walk around every hour to avoid stiffness.

πŸ”· Seated Spinal Twist – Sit tall, place one hand on the opposite knee, and gently twist to each side. Hold for 10-15 seconds.

πŸ”· Shoulder Rolls – Roll your shoulders backward and forward 5 times to release tension.

πŸ”· Cat-Cow Stretch – If possible, get on the floor and alternate arching and rounding your back to stretch it out.
