What a beautiful day! Spent my morning working in Thornhill on a wonderful couple that I see monthly. I’ve probably been seeing the wife for at least 8 years! Crazy how time flys🤯 oh and she makes amazing oatmeal cookies which she shared with me. I was very thankful ☺️ Hope you’ve all had an amazing day and got some sunshine in! ✌🏻🫶🏻🧘🏼‍♀️

Woke up feeling GRATEFUL aaaaand that it was LONG OVERDUE to officially introducing my new therapeutic space located in !
