This conversation is all about helping families better understand how screens may impact:

✨ whole-child development from early years through teens

This is not about guilt or fear. It’s about using screens intentionally, understanding the brain, and supporting development through a compassionate ABA, SLP, and OT lens.

Picky eating can feel overwhelming — but it doesn’t have to be 🍎
Bite-Sized Explorers is a strengths-based feeding group designed to help young children build positive, confident relationships with food in a playful and supportive environment.

Through hands-on, play-based food exposure 🥕 and peer modelling in a small group, children are gently supported in exploring new foods and developing healthy mealtime habits. This group is co-facilitated by an Occupational Therapist and an ABA Therapist 🤝 to ensure thoughtful, individualized support.

• Ages 3–5
• Fridays 3:30–4:30 pm ⏰

Food exploration looks different as kids grow — and support should grow with them 🥣
Food Explorers Club is a strengths-based feeding group created for older children who benefit from structured, supportive opportunities to explore foods and build positive mealtime habits alongside peers.

Using hands-on, play-based food exposure 🍓 and peer modelling, children are supported in a small group setting facilitated by both an Occupational Therapist and an ABA Therapist 🤝. The focus is on confidence, curiosity, and reducing stress around food.

Helping little learners recognize and express big feelings 💥💛 Today we focused on understanding anger—what it feels like in our bodies, why it happens, and most importantly, what we can do when we feel it. Through fun and interactive games, we explored healthy ways to cope like deep breathing, asking for space, and using our words. Big emotions, little steps, strong skills! 💬🧠✨
