Sleep week!
Here are my top three things that help me get a better sleep.
Number one: I do my best to follow the 3-2-1 Method, makes sure my stomach has time to digest, my bowels to not be active and my mind not jumping focus.
Number two: stretching, whether you do some yoga (love these poses as they ease the back and decrease stress) or just give your body a change to elongate, it works hard for you during a day so care for it.
Number 3: read a good book. I find I spend enough time during the day reading and doing technical things - so I go and find a good book to change the focus of my mind, then it is not racing on work projects or other ideas I have. : )
Energy flows where the mind goes, so if the mind is quiet then energy is quiet and sleep will come.
