Alright well we are almost mid month and I am not setting resolutions - so please stop asking. I am goal kinda girl.
I have setup some goals - broke them down into small chunks if they were big ones and made it so I can feel some success.
The biggest thing I have learned over the years is if you set the bar too high and don't succeed it creates havoc with your mind, body and spirit.
Small successes each day - no big hoops or leaps - just measurable factors that I am on the right track.
How do you keep yourself on the right track and accountable for your plans/goals?
