A question that I get quite a lot:
“Do you eat healthy?”
Yes, I do and I LOVE it
Do I take supplements? Yes, I do take supplements based on my body’s needs. Not a big fan of general Multi vitamins unless they have specific nutrients to target certain conditions 💁🏻♀️
Do I exercise? Yes, I do! In fact, I use any opportunity to move, like shoveling the snow that most people hate ❄️
Do I drink alcohol? No, because I don’t enjoy the feeling, it affects my overall health and I have so many delicious drink options that’s 100 times better for my health 🌞
Do I drink coffee? No, and if you need coffee to wake up or you get a headache if you miss it, then come see me. It’s not normal to feel that way! 🤕
Am I picky with my food??
Well NO 🤨
I have a bottle of water with me anywhere I go even to a restaurant! I’m not interested in water high in fluoride, Chlorine, chemicals! Is this called picky? Sure 😁
If I’m at a party, I only eat one type of food when there are 5 items at dinner table because I want to enjoy one taste and my stomach won’t go through hell digesting different foods. Is this called picky? Sure 😆
Do I eat meat? Yes, I eat clean meat! Picky? Ok 😃
Do I ask restaurant staff about their meat quality and where it came from? Hell yeah 🤨 picky? Whatever 😊
Do I read food labels? Yes!
Fun fact:
I always look at people’s shopping card at the grocery store and questions keep popping up in my brain… you don’t want to know those thoughts 😂
So, do you think I’m picky based on the fact that I love every food except Portobello mushrooms and Edamame beens! 🤢
