As the mask mandates are lifted Monday in the majority of settings, we want you to know that it does not apply to health care settings. Our clinic is continuing to follow the same protocols. We will remain wearing masks and patients are required to keep wearing masks while in the clinic. As of now, the province has set April 27th as the date the mask mandate will be lifted in heath care.
A cold, long winter has left many of us with increased spine, muscle and joint problems. During the pandemic, some of us have either put off dealing with these problems, had challenges accessing care or both.
As Ontario’s pandemic restrictions begin to ease - and with spring just around the corner - we’re starting to move more. Many of us are going back to the office and getting outdoors for exercise (or at least planning to do so).
A chiropractor can assess and determine the best plan of management for your spine, muscle, or joint issues – and help you prepare for your spring activities. This management plan may include chiropractic care, home advice regarding exercises and referrals to other providers where appropriate.
Perhaps you’ve never visited a chiropractor and are considering booking your first appointment. Here’s what to expect on your first visit to a chiropractor: https://ecs.page.link/uw3xM

We hope that everyone enjoyed their Christmas and that they made every effort to keep safe. We will be screening our clients before they enter the clinic to ensure that they followed the guidelines for social gatherings over the holidays. We ask that if you attended a larger gathering or spent time with people outside your bubble that you refrain from coming into the clinic until you know it is safe for you to do so. We want our clinic to remain a safe environment for us and our patients.
Your chuckle for the day...
We want to let everyone know that despite York Region going into lock down, we are still open. We are following all the appropriate protocols laid out by the government and our associations and our office COVID protocols have not changed. Your chuckle for the day!
We have taken your safety to the next level! We have invested in a HEPA air filtration system that on top of cleaning the air of allergens, chemicals and dust, it also filters viruses including COVID-19! This unit has a higher standard of particle filtration than an N95 mask and effectively filters nanoparticles as tiny as 0.015 microns. We want our clinic to be a safe place for you to come and receive treatment so we can continue to provide the best care we can!
It’s November and the first snowfall is upon us! We can’t hibernate, no matter how badly we may want to. Channel that inner child and remember how fun it can be!
