Hypnotherapy helps you reach the deeper part of your mind where habits, fears, and emotional patterns live. By working in this state of calm focus, you can understand what’s driving your reactions and begin changing them from the inside out.

With Georgia’s gentle, trauma-informed approach, clients can release old blocks, reduce anxiety, shift unhelpful habits, and reconnect with a stronger sense of calm and clarity.

If you’ve been feeling stuck or repeating the same patterns, hypnotherapy offers a supportive way to go deeper and create meaningful change.

True rest goes beyond sleep 💤

It’s about giving your body, mind, and spirit space to recharge in different ways 🌙

Physical rest restores your energy, emotional rest releases what you’ve been holding in, and mental rest quiets the noise 🛌

Creative, sensory, spiritual, and social rest each help you reconnect to calm, purpose, and genuine connection. You don’t have to earn rest, you simply deserve it 💙

🌺 Lest We Forget 🌺

Today, we pause to honour the bravery, resilience, and sacrifice of those who served, and to remember that the impact of war lives on in the hearts and minds of many.

Remembrance is not only about the past; it’s also about compassion in the present.
As we reflect on courage and loss, may we be reminded of the importance of supporting one another through unseen battles, those of grief, trauma, and healing.

At Whitehouse Psychotherapy, we believe remembrance also means creating space for empathy, understanding, and mental wellness. 💙

💙 Controlling behaviours often begin where self-neglect takes root.

When you’re running on empty, trying to manage every detail of your child’s world can feel like the only way to stay safe — but not the way to stay connected.

🌊 Healing begins within.
When you slow down, breathe, and tend to your own needs, your nervous system softens… and the grip of control gently loosens.

At Whitehouse Psychotherapy, we support parents and caregivers in reconnecting with themselves — so they can show up with more presence, calm, and compassion for their children.

🌿 Therapy is self-care. And self-care is a gift to your whole family.

💙 When Closeness Feels Urgent: Understanding Anxious Attachment 💙

Anxious attachment often shows up as seeking reassurance, overthinking silence, or feeling “too much” in relationships. These patterns are not flaws — they are protective responses learned from past experiences of uncertainty.

🌿 With time, compassion, and support, it is possible to create balance, build secure connections, and feel more grounded in relationships.

✨ Healing takes courage, patience, and self-kindness. Therapy can help by increasing awareness of patterns, strengthening emotional regulation, and guiding the shift toward healthier, more secure bonds.

💙 Movember: Supporting Men’s Mental Health & Well-Being 💙

This month, we stand together to raise awareness for men’s health — from mental well-being to early cancer detection and su***de prevention.
Let’s continue breaking the silence, normalizing conversations about emotions, and reminding everyone that seeking help is a sign of strength.

To all the men who show up every day — for their families, friends, communities, and themselves — we see you, and we support you. 💙

Your story matters. Your health matters.
If you or someone you know is struggling, we’re here to listen and support. 🌿

💙 When Distance Feels Safer: Understanding Avoidant Attachment 💙

Avoidant attachment often develops when emotional needs were minimized or met with inconsistency. Over time, independence can begin to feel safer than closeness.

In relationships, this may look like pulling away when things get serious, avoiding deep conversations, or keeping plans vague to maintain space. While these patterns can protect from vulnerability, they can also create distance and misunderstandings between partners.

🌿 Healing begins with awareness and small steps toward connection — naming feelings, sharing thoughts, and allowing support from others.

✨ Growth takes patience, courage, and self-compassion. Therapy can help build comfort with vulnerability, strengthen emotional regulation, and support more secure, fulfilling relationships.

🌟 You were never meant to fit one mould. You were designed to flow in your own way.

Human Design offers a powerful framework to help you understand how your mind, energy, and intuition naturally work together. It’s not about fixing who you are, it’s about remembering who you’ve always been.

💫 Through a personalized reading, Tiffini (.jacobs) helps you uncover how you make decisions best, where your energy thrives, and what patterns might be keeping you stuck. Many people describe this process as both grounding and awakening: a moment of finally feeling seen for who they truly are.

✨ Whether you’re on a journey of self-growth, navigating change, or craving more alignment, Human Design can offer clarity, compassion, and direction.

Physiological Synchrony

Did you know our bodies can sync up with the people we feel safe around?

This is called physiological synchrony: when heartbeats, breathing, or even movement fall into rhythm together.

It’s our body’s natural way of saying: you are safe, you are connected. 💙

Therapy offers a space where this kind of connection can grow.
