Is it safe to get Botox treatment while you are pregnant or breast feeding? The Botox classification by FDA is class C. It means there hasn’t been any studies on pregnant women to show the effects on the baby. As a rule of thumb, we don’t endorse any cosmetic procedure during pregnancy. Also Botox is not recommended during breastfeeding, although, there hasn’t been any adverse effect reported in breastfeeding women.
