Please confirm that you are free from the following symptoms before you attend your appointment.

Fever
New onset of cough
Worsening chronic cough
Difficulty breathing
Shortness of breath
Decrease or loss of taste/smell
Headaches
Symptoms that may resemble flu or cold like symptoms.

If you do have any of the above symptoms, please reschedule your appointment.

What We Have Done to Ensure Your Safety

We are limiting the amount of patients in at any time to ensure proper sanitation of all surfaces with disinfectant
Ensuring that all gym and rehab equipment is disinfected after every use.
Screening of clients before their appointment to inform us of their health status.
Asking patients that are experiencing any symptoms or have come in contact with anyone that is showing symptoms to stay home as well as anyone that has travelled within the last 2 weeks to stay at home.
Temperature checks will be conducted at the front desk before your treatment.
