When we “give” Reiki:

✨ We become a channel, not the source.
✨ Our ego steps aside so universal intelligence can flow.
✨ The body, mind, and spirit of the receiver take exactly what they need.
✨ Healing happens in ways we may not fully understand — sometimes physical, sometimes emotional, sometimes spiritual.
✨ The practitioner is also nourished, because the energy flows through us first.

Reiki does not come from effort.
It comes from presence, openness, and trust.

In that moment:

Try them now and notice how your mood and focus shift. 1) Breath pattern: inhale 4, exhale 6 — repeat 6 times to engage your vagus nerve and lower heart rate. 2) Grounding cue: press your feet into the floor and name three sensations to bring attention back to the present. 3) Self-compassion anchor: place a hand over your heart and say, “I’m doing my best” once or twice to reduce threat response.
