He is a member in good standing of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and an active member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario. Gary utilizes a number of techniques in his practice, including: deep tissue therapy, myofascial release, traditional Swedish massa

ge and CranioSacral Therapy. He aims to treat the root cause rather than just symptoms. As an athlete, Gary possesses a strong knowledge of sport-specific injuries and the therapeutic requirements of physically active individuals. Gary works with a wide range of clientele. He treats infants to adults; from those living with physical challenges to the elite athlete. His practice welcomes both professional and recreational athletes alike. In addition to Sports Rehabilitation, Gary provides Pre and Post-Natal Massage Therapy, Stress Management and Work-Related Injuries. Gary actively pursues life-long learning by continually upgrading his qualifications. Throughout his 14 year career, he has taken many courses to expand his repertoire of techniques. This allows Gary to create a more specific course of action to treat the various concerns the client may have and allow for optimum health maintenance. Gary’s overall goal for all clients is to optimize their performance. Whether it be performing better as an athlete, in an office setting , to improve their activities of daily living, or to eliminate pain, Gary strives to treat the whole person.
