May the magic of Beltane connect you with nature's rhythm and the spirits that dwell within. 😇

Beltane, celebrated each year on May 1, marks the transition from winter's cold and darkness to spring's warmth and light. Celebrating the start of summer, Beltane is one of the four major ancient Gaelic seasonal festivals, alongside Samhain (marking the start of winter), Imbolc (marking the beginning of spring), and Lughnasadh (honouring the harvest season).

Talking to people from different parts of the world, a realization sets in that many of the ancient rituals were similar around the globe. For instance, Hindus and Sikhs also welcome the spring in their own festivals, namely Holi and Lohri, respectively.

Do you know of any other communities that also celebrate the arrival of spring with fire festivals? Let me know in the comments!

First visualize in your minds eye what it is that you want, as if you're looking through your own eyes like you already have it. Make the picture a movie. Get the great feelings of what it feels like and notice where you feel that in the body now that you have it. Make sure to adjust the sounds so they're just right pitch and tempo for you. Lastly, step out of the picture, and see yourself in the movie enjoying your life!
