1 cup rolled oats (your fiber-filled foundation)
1/2 cup natural peanut butter (fuel of the gods)
2 tbsp raw honey (nature’s liquid gold)
1 scoop chocolate whey protein (or plant-based)
1 tbsp chia seeds (for endurance & strength)
2 tbsp shredded coconut (texture + flavor bonus)
