Born and raised within a family of mental health professionals in northern Canada, Michael became increasingly interested in methods to increase accessibility of care, though the removal of geographic restrictions and, then, the use of technology to promote ethical, efficient, and efficacious practice. His success in these areas led to requests for mentorship and demand as a trainer and technology

consultant. When he can spare a moment, Michael enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, and a growing personal mindfulness practice. He works with individuals and organizations to increase how each of his client interact with their environment in order to move continuously towards their goals. Michael works as an advisor to health-sector tech startups. He has trained thousands of practitioners in ways to increase professional efficiency and while also boosting efficacy. He specializes in technology integration with an eye towards meeting and exceeding the demands of health regulatory law and governance.
