Here’s how to stay healthy and safe this December:

Cold weather increases the spread of flu, RSV, and other viruses.

For children
Kids lose body heat faster than adults.
✔ Always wear hats and mittens
✔ Limit outdoor play during extreme cold alerts
✔ Ensure car seats are used without bulky winter coats
Staying prepared means staying healthy throughout the holiday season.

Breast cancer doesn’t only affect women.
This week marks Men’s Breast Cancer Awareness Week, a reminder that men, trans men, and non-binary people can also be affected.
📊 Did you know?
