As much as I like to hear patients' feedback that they got a great massage, it is more important they learn the right "tools" to help improve their well being at home.

My goal for every treatment is to help educate and empower each patient, so they have knowledge for improvement.

2020 has been a great year for me to reflect. It has taught me that nothing in life can be certain. It made me realize growth and the ability to be flexible is the key to any sudden changes.

I am a firm believer of reading. It helps expand my way of thinking beyond my own experience in life. Let me know which is your favorite book?
