孩子第一次踏進遊戲室。
他細心環顧四周，輕聲問我：
「我可以玩這個沙盤嗎？」

興奮在跳動，但他努力保持著平靜。
短短幾分鐘，他的焦慮開始鬆開——
不是因為我說了什麼，
而是因為他感受到：
這裡是安全的。
這裡有人理解他。

房間陷入一種美好的安靜，
像是信任正在慢慢生成。

那一刻提醒了我：
即使面對焦慮與未知，
共情可以跨越防衛，
連結兩顆心，
在孩子最需要的地方點起希望。

「贏在起跑線」的影響，一直被誇大。
很多家長很 buy 這句口號——但真正決定孩子人生的，不是起步那一刻的「快」，而是一路走下去的 意志、耐力、以及 走到終點的決心。

一生受用的教育

「深遠的影響不是為了勝利，而是要培養一個讓每個人都能成為最好自己的環境。」

一個人的價值觀，
藏在他每一次的抉擇裏，
在他願意容忍什麼、拒絕什麼，
以及他堅持強調、努力追求的差事上。

而操守是個人應有的差事。
決定了一個人，
也決定了一支團隊
能站多穩、走多遠。

父母和孩子睡在一起健康嗎？
核心並不在「健康不健康」，而在於原因。
真正需要探討的，不是 睡不睡在一起，而是 為什麼。

答案牽涉三個面向：
1. 孩子的年齡需求
2. 家庭文化與空間安排
3. 父母自身的心理需要

父母自身的需要（Feeling of Needed）
有些情況下，不是孩子需要父母，而是父母需要孩子。

如果父母因為：
• 孤單（孩子成為情緒的安慰）
• 焦慮（晚上不敢自己睡）
• 情緒寄託（把孩子當作心靈支柱）
• 需要被孩子「陪伴」（Feel needed 才覺得安心）

而要求孩子一起睡──
那孩子便不是在被照顧，而是在 照顧父母的情緒。

兒童為本遊戲治療的目標不是「改正不乖的孩子」，而是「幫助孩子找回自信和自主」

「改正」的假設是：你思想或行為有問題，我要訓練你變回正常。
「重建自主和自主」的信念是：你本來就有內在的力量，只是被恐懼、羞恥或創傷壓下去了。

治療的歷程，並非把小孩改造成社會期待的樣子，而是重新連結那個真實、勇敢、有感覺的自己。

父母、孩子珍惜擁有，就會生出感恩。

現代心理治療不再拘泥於理論學派，而是以「整全觀」(holistic view) 看待個案。
我所接受的輔導教育，著重專業成長與反思：
• 有經驗的治療師往往從單一學派出發，逐漸整合不同理論，以符合自身風格與價值觀。
• 這種「個人化取向」正是成熟治療師的象徵。

我現在的角色，其實不只是「在上前線做」，而是 回到源頭，扶正方向，傳承下代。

我在PCPT，不是因為人手不足，而是因為：
• 方向需要重新校準
• 理念需要再度深化
• 訓練需要質素為重

所以我的角色不只是 instructor，而是 consultant / mentor of the profession。

我每一次回港，是為了：
1. 守住遊戲治療的質素
2. 建立治療師的態度——Presence、Patience、Persistence
3. 提升學生能承受孩子的混亂、不確定、破壞性
4. 讓方向不偏、不走樣

我做的已不是「教技巧」。
我在做的是擴濶治療師的視野。

我會帶領團隊，以專業與熱誠，開拓更高更遠的疆界，讓學員看見自己的力量。

You may sometimes doubt yourself —
wondering if you’re doing enough,
if the silence in the playroom means progress or stagnation.
But remember: your calm presence is already a message.

Every time you sit beside a child’s chaos and choose not to control it,
you’re teaching what safety feels like.
Every moment you hold space instead of giving answers,
you’re telling the child, “You are worth waiting for.”

This work is quiet, subtle, and often unseen.
You won’t always get applause or confirmation.
But you’ll witness tiny miracles —
a child who once hid now looks up;
a child who once raged now breathes more slowly.
That’s healing.

You’re not here to fix — you’re here to believe.
Not to show strength — but to lend courage.
Your playroom is a sanctuary,
and your faith in the child is the light that fills it.

So on the days when doubt creeps in,
remember this:
🌱 You are growing alongside every child you meet.
🌱 You are learning the language of patience.
🌱 You are building the courage to trust the process.

You don’t need to be perfect — you only need to be present.
And that, more than any technique,
is what makes you a therapist.
