We blend Traditional Chinese Medicine principles with mindful yoga practice to warm your body from the inside out and bring deep steadiness to your winter routine.

✨ Big thanks to everyone who’s joined me on the mat these past two years—it’s been an incredible journey together! 🧘‍♀️💖

I wanted to let you all know I’ll be taking a short break to deepen my yoga knowledge and skills, so I can bring back even more amazing yoga experiences for you! 🌿✨

Our studio will be temporarily closed from April 14 to June 16, reopening on June 17.

Don’t worry—any active packages will have their expiry dates automatically extended by 2 months.

If you need special arrangements or have any questions about your package, please reach out. We’re always here to help!

Last time, we went over some forward and backward bending moves, and now we’re trying out a twist – the Half Lord of the Fishes Pose.

⭐️ Benefits of practicing Half Lord of the Fishes Pose ⭐️
✅ Stretches the spine and shoulders
✅ Aids digestion and stimulates internal organs
✅ Helps relieve lower back stiffness
✅ Strengthens obliques
✅ Improves spinal mobility and posture

Steps🧘🏻‍♀️
1. Sit down with your legs extended straight.
2. Bend your right knee and place the outer side of your right ankle on the outside of your left knee.
3. Bend your left knee, placing your left heel outside your right hip.
4. Place your right hand behind your hip, inhale to lengthen your spine.
5. Exhale, twist your torso to the right, placing your left armpit against your right knee.
6. Hold the position and breathe steadily.
7. Inhale, release the twist, and repeat on the other side.

Last time, we introduced the benefits of practicing Cat Pose, but to balance our practice, we should also perform its counterpose—Camel Pose.

✅Stretches chest, abdomen, and thighs
✅Strengthens back muscles
✅Opens shoulders and chest
✅Improves posture
✅Helps relieve fatigue and stress

Steps🧘🏻‍♀️
1. Kneel with hips on your heels.
2. Place your hands behind you on the floor.
3. Inhale, lift your chest.
4. Exhale, gently arch your back.
5. Let your head drop back if comfortable.
6. Keep your shoulders relaxed.
7. Breathe steadily.
8. Inhale to return to a neutral position.

✅ Stretches and strengthens the back muscles
✅ Releases tension in the neck and shoulders
✅ Improves posture awareness
✅ Calms the mind and relieves stress
✅ Enhances breath control and focus

Steps🧘🏻‍♀️
1. Kneel with hips on heels and arms extended forward.
2. Inhale, lengthen your spine.
3. Exhale, round your back, drawing your navel in.
4. Tuck your chin toward your chest.
5. Keep shoulders relaxed and arms engaged.
6. Breathe steadily, feeling the stretch along your back.
7. Inhale to release and return to a neutral spine.
