今次 2 小時冬季養生瑜伽工作坊,帶你暖身補腎、調整氣息,讓身體喺寒冬都保持活力與穩定。
用中醫思維結合瑜伽練習,溫暖內在、提升循環、安定心神,令你整個冬季都更舒服。
💫 在這個2小時的工作坊中,你將學會:
✨ 冬季五行與腎經:了解點解冬天特別易攰、易凍
✨腎水暖身式子:以瑜伽打開腰背、臀腿、提升血液循環
✨自我按壓:學穴位按摩(腎俞、命門、湧泉等)提升暖感
✨冬季修復拉筋:深層放鬆、釋放寒氣、改善腰背緊張
✨冬季呼吸法 及 冥想:回收能量、沉穩安定

【Winter Yoga Workshop】Now Open for Registration!
Winter often makes the body slow down — cold hands and feet, tight muscles, low energy. This 2-hour Winter Yoga Workshop helps you restore warmth, support your kidneys, boost circulation, and stay balanced throughout the cold season.
We blend Traditional Chinese Medicine principles with mindful yoga practice to warm your body from the inside out and bring deep steadiness to your winter routine.
💫 In this 2-hour workshop, you’ll learn:
✨Seasonal TCM insights: Winter element, Kidney meridian, energy conservation
✨Warm-up flow for Kidney/Water element
✨Acupressure & self-care techniques: Kidney Shu, Mingmen, Yongquan, etc.
✨Deep stretch sequence to release tension and reduce “winter stiffness”
✨Breathwork & guided meditation for grounding and inner warmth
