Today, we had the pleasure of hosting a fall prevention presentation at Langley Seniors Village, where we discussed the critical importance of preventing falls among seniors. We had a great time connecting with residents during our recent fall prevention presentation, where we introduced the Berg Balance Scale as a tool to assess fall risk and promote safe mobility.

Our goal was to educate seniors on simple, effective strategies to improve balance and confidence with everyday activities. We also demonstrated key exercises to reduce the risk of falls and encourage independence.
