Dr. Ka Hong Casey Chan, hypertension specialist at CRC Health Centre, delivered an outstanding talk on high blood pressure at Richmond Public Library on Friday, May 23rd.

Dr. Chan shared valuable insights on the causes, risks, and daily management of hypertension in an engaging and accessible way. The turnout was incredible, with an attentive and interactive audience filling the room!

疫苗预约开放时间：
CRC流感和COVID疫苗预约将于10月7日开始，每个星期一开放下个星期的预约时段。

🌸 Spring into safety with CRC Health Centre's COVID Booster! 🌼 Get a spring booster against COVID-19💉!

Starting in the spring of 2024, NACI recommends the booster to:

• Adults 65 years of age and older.

• Individuals six months and older who are moderately to severely immunocompromised (due to an underlying condition or treatment)

The recommended interval between the doses continues to be six months. However, a shorter interval of at least three months may be used for travel needs.
