SOS Meditation & Ecology Centre Learn to meditate for inner and outer peace. The centre is a sanctuary for the ongoing development of our inner spiritual life.

Located about 20 kilometers south of Vancouver, the Meditation & Ecology Centre
is dedicated to inner and outer peace through meditation and to caring for our internal and external environments. We offer programs and classes on meditation and conscious living. We also have spiritual programs for children and young adults. To inspire a healthier and more sustainable relationship to our outer environment, we offer classes in organic gardening, vegetarian cooking and healthy living. There are organic vegetable and flower gardens, an orchard, bee hives and a demonstration of natural composting.
