Kids Yoga for all Ages! Doing yoga, children exercise, play, develop flexibility, strength, coordination, concentration, and a sense of relaxation.

Classes Offered: (Stay Posted for Fall Schedule Mid-August)

Little Seedlings: This fun and playful class if for 3-5 year olds. Come join us for yoga games, songs, fun poses, animal adventures, dancing, and imaginative play! Little Sprouts: Designed for children 6-12 to increase body awareness and develop a sense of relaxation and concentration. Yoga for Teens: This class is designed for teens and is a fun and strengthening class that combines dance, flow, and yoga. Family Yoga: This bonding class is open to all family members. Come and enjoy partner poses and sun salutations with those you love. Prenatal Yoga: Gentle postures, breathwork, and meditation are learned to cultivate flexibility, calm and confidence in preparation for labour and childbirth. Yoga during pregnancy helps to create optimum conditions of health and awareness. Mom and Baby Yoga: Mom and Baby yoga is designed to give new moms a bonding a beautiful experience with their baby while increasing activity and vitality. Mom and Tot Yoga: Designed for active and explorative toddlers, this class combines music, dance, fun animal poses, and mom and baby poses for a dynamic and bonding experience! Creative Expressions for children living with special needs: Our Creative Expressions class is designed to the unique needs of all children and is accessible to all. This class combines yoga, music, art, and drama. Led by instructors who are trained and experience in working with children with special needs.
