                                            Phil’s fitness journey with us started over three years ago when he realized his wife was getting stronger than he was because she had also been training with us consistently 🤪 just kidding, but in all seriousness, Phil was convinced by his wife to come and train with us and he has never looked back! 
He’s gone from training once a week to twice a week and he’s now up to three days a week, consistently! He’s into his 70s and deadlifts hundreds of pounds, he can do over 20 body weight push-ups, and can suitcase carry over 60lbs!! 
Phil has decided to punch ageing directly in the face by coming to see us and he’s got DEXA scans to prove it. He has increased his bone mineral density significantly, and not lost any muscle mass the last few years! (We usually lose 3% a year if we don’t train!)
All this to say that Phil has become a strong-ass grandpa who is ready to take on anything life throws his way!
