This introductory series will teach you the fundamentals of pelvic floor anatomy, understanding impact of breath and stress on pelvic floor functioning, as well as exploring engagement with your pelvic floor. This enhanced awareness provides a deeper understanding of the sensations and functions within this crucial area, empowering you to foster and sustain pelvic health.
Each week there will be a different focus and you will have the opportunity to explore movement, awareness and breath specific to the pelvic floor. Following each session, you will receive a learning handout to support your ongoing wellness journey.
Who is this series for?

👉🏽anyone struggling with pelvic floor dysfunction (constipation, slow urine flow, incontinence, prolapse, etc.)
