This Orange Shirt Day, we are honoured to partner again with Orange Shirt Society to support truth and reconciliation Truth and Reconciliation.
Do you know the meaning behind the orange shirt? It represents the story of Phyllis Webstad, a residential school survivor whose new orange shirt was taken away from her on her first day at school. Her story sparked a movement to honour the experiences of all residential school survivors and to remember the children who never came home.
Wearing an orange shirt is a statement of solidarity, but it's also a way to support real change and how, as a society. because 100% of proceeds from shirts sold at London Drugs go directly to Indigenous-led organizations, including:
